英语中介词的用法是比较难掌握的，有时候意思相同的介词，却在用法上有很大的区别，比如今天要说的介词in on at这三个哥们，它们都有“在”的意思，既可以接时间也可以接地点，那在使用上到底有什么区别呢？下面就跟着我一起来了解一下吧。
一、在表示地点上的用法区别
in
1、在……里
There is a boy in the river. 河里有个男孩。
2、在一个较大的地方，如国家、州、省、市之前。
We live in China. 我们住在中国。
on
1、在……上面（相互接触）
There is a book on the table. 桌子上有本书。
2、在……旁边，靠近
The village is on a river. 村庄在河的旁边。
at
1、用于较小且具体的地点或门牌号前
She is at the bus station. 她在公共汽车站。
2、习惯搭配
at school at church at the butcher's
二、在表示时间上的用法区别
in
1、往往搭配大段时间
月份：in Jan
季节：in spring
年份：in 2013
2、固定搭配
in the morning/afternoon/evening
on
与某一天搭配
on 1st on Monday on Jan 27th 2013
at
1、与分钟和小时搭配，表示确切的时间
at 7:00 at nine 0'clock
2、固定搭配
at noon at night
三、有很多时间不能搭配介词（无论是否有“在”的意思）
1、yesterday [在]昨天
2、this this morning/week
3、last last night/week
4、next next time/week
